General Inquiries

How are your prices so competitive?

By charging tipping fees for concrete and soil disposal, we can keep the cost of our recycled products down. This recycling model also ensures a steady flow of materials.

What are your dumping fees?

We have a range of dumping fees for different mixed materials. Please see our price list for dumping fees in your area.

Delivery

Can you arrange delivery?

Absolutely! We have an on-site fleet of modern truck and trailer units ready to deliver a range of aggregate products across the Auckland region, ranging from 0.5 and 17 cubic meters to locations within Auckland and surrounding areas (contact our office for a quote). Delivery fees depend on the truck size needed and your location.

Can you remove mixed materials from my site?

Yes, we can remove mixed materials such as clay, aggregate, topsoil (both unsorted and dry, or unsorted and wet), as well as oversize concrete, rock, and rebar greater than 250mm, sorted or unsorted.

Acceptable Waste Types

What types of fill do you accept?

We accept mixed materials including clay, aggregate, topsoil, and oversized concrete/rock/rebar greater than 250mm. Please see our pricelists for more details.

Concrete Recycling

What about steel reinforcing in my concrete?

No worries about steel! Our magnetic separators remove it for recycling during processing.

Other Acceptable Hard Fill

Can I bring in other types of hard fill for crushing?

We accept certain clean hard-fill materials like asphalt and cobbles for processing. However, anything contaminated with wood, dirt, or other debris is not suitable for our recycling process. We cannot accept materials that cannot be turned into usable products.

Please note: It’s always best to check with our office before bringing in any hard-fill materials to ensure they meet our acceptance criteria.

Soil Acceptance

What types of soil do you accept?

We accept most soil types, even with a small amount of grass content. However, the soil needs to be relatively clean. We cannot process clay or mud.

Do you accept soil tipping all year round?

Yes, we are a licensed transfer station that accepts soil all year round. However, we cannot accept contaminated materials like asbestos.

Green Waste and Brick Disposal

Do you accept green waste?

Yes, we do! Please refer to our Tipping page for a complete list of acceptable green waste types.

Do you accept bricks?

We accept bricks, but we cannot crush them ourselves. Please separate bricks from your concrete to avoid being charged a spoil (hard-fill) disposal fee.
